In 2009 he built, from the ground up, Land Information Services, LLC, creator of the number one Land software "LandVantage," and ultimately employing 100 professionals at the time of its sale to PakEnergy, LLC in 2022. Prior to this accomplishment, Wade Brawley served as Vice President of Land Administration at Chesapeake Energy Company, where he managed Lease Records, Division Orders, GIS, Owner Relations, and Well Information. In this role, and later consulting opportunities, Mr. Brawley designed systems and processes to improve efficiency and eliminate paper. Mr. Brawley's leadership at Chesapeake from 1998 to 2009 was particularly notable in his management of 500 employees, and his focus to identify individuals with exceptional potential, and providing them with opportunities to demonstrate their abilities and advance their careers.
Throughout his career, Mr. Brawley has been deeply committed to mentoring and supporting others. He takes pride in witnessing individuals rise to the occasion and make meaningful contributions to their organizations with emphasis on cultivating future leaders. Mr. Brawley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University in 1983.
