In his latest role as a business leader for software and gaming at Wipro Limited, a multinational provider of IT, consulting and business process services, he oversees a substantial portfolio in revenue and an operational scope spanning three continents as the P&L owner. Since 2018, Mr. Trivedi has closed deals with a number of software and gaming clients in the North American market and spearheaded profitable initiatives in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital engineering, as well as in cloud solutions and modernization services.
Prior to his work at Wipro, Mr. Trivedi initially found success as a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked as a systems analyst in various applications until 2002, after which he rose to a managerial role. Remaining active with PwC until 2014, he later distinguished himself as a director at Cognizant between 2014 and 2017 and a director at Genpact between 2017 and 2018. In the latter role, he functioned as a consulting leader for the technology sector and was responsible for driving automation and digital solutions on behalf of U.S.-based clients.
Well-regarded for his extensive insight into business trends, gaming and customer service and experience, Mr. Trivedi has published numerous articles on these subjects via the Wipro website and on LinkedIn. He also harbors a longstanding interest in AI, and serves as the founder and host of the "AI with Arun Show," a series he has regularly broadcast on his YouTube channel since 2024.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Trivedi has served as an advisory board member at California State University, East Bay, since 2022. Additional volunteer roles to his credit include his past service at Kids Against Hunger and multiple social initiatives on behalf of Wipro. He is also a stalwart advocate for women - In addition to having led a "back to work" program for women at Wipro, he is the author of several books, including "The Female Struggle," published in 2013, "Fifty Percent Near" in 2015, and "Daddy and #MeToo," a collection of short stories released in 2019.
Mr. Trivedi initially studied chemical engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, from which he earned a Bachelor of Technology in chemical engineering. Following this accomplishment, he undertook coursework toward an MBA in IT, sales and marketing at the XLRIin Jamshedpur, which he completed in 2004.
