Additionally, he drives the strategic growth of the ACDI/VOCA Group through new funding partnerships with the Millenium Challenge Corporation, African Development Bank and International Fund for Agricultural Development, expands impact investing reach in sub-Saharan Africa, and offers technical expertise and business insights to support entrepreneurs in the aforementioned countries. An expert in his field, Mr. Bujorean holds a bachelor's degree from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, a master's degree in organizational and business psychology from the University of Bucharest, a master's degree in governance and institutional development from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies, and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. Subsequently, he expanded his professional knowledge, receiving an MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Dedicated to continued education, Mr. Bujorean also completed various certifications through Duke University, the University of Cape Town, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, Mr. Bujorean credits his success to his family and his involvement with AIESEC Romania. This global student-run organization, for which he was elected President twice, provided him with practical skills and fundraising experience.
