Highly educated, Mr. Wilkes obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish from Arizona State University in 2007 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Phoenix School of Law (now Arizona Summit Law School) in 2011. He also completed coursework in small business management at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2021. Moreover, Mr. Wilkes received several professional credentials that further underscored his expertise. He is a certified immigration consultant by the division of consumer protection at the Utah Department of Commerce, a chartered trust and estate planner certified by the Global Academy of Finance and Management and an accredited small business consultant through the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants.
