Ms. Alexander is a business development professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency. For more than 30 years North Central Regional Certification Agency has provided certification and educational support to more than 25,000 minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged, and small businesses by helping them gain access to business opportunities that include federal, state and local contracts like DFW Airport, Texas Department of Transportation, Dallas County and other municipalities that drive the North Texas economy. In this role since 2023, she focuses on community engagement, building economic value, business development & operations and training. Bringing her years of advocacy experience to help business owners to enlarge their vision and pursue the vast array of business opportunities that are available, and, ultimately, establish a legacy for their families. She also develops policies and procedures that compliment federal and local programs, creating more opportunities for disadvantage, small, women-owned and minority-owned businesses. Additionally, she collaborates with various corporations, chambers of commerce, government entities, and municipalities to align with supplier diversity goals. With over 20 years of experience in business development, strategy and planning, nonprofit management, compliance and auditing, she has made significant contributions to her field.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Alexander held several key positions at INROADS Inc., including interim chief business development officer in 2023 and National Director and Head of Strategic Account Management and Business Development from 2014 to 2023. During her tenure at INROADS, she established internship programs with over 500 Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations. Her partnership with Pfizer significantly increased the number of students impacted, going from six to over 100. Under her leadership, underrepresented scholars were provided students access to free master's level education and company-sponsored internships.
Ms. Alexander's earlier career includes significant roles that contributed to her expertise in business development. She served as assistant director of adult programs at St. Sabina Employment Resource Center from 2012 to 2014 and operations compliance management consultant at Alt Consulting from 2005 to 2013. From 2010 to 2012, she was the director of business development at Cara Program, 180° Properties LLC, following her role as regional operations manager at Action Property Preservation from 2007 to 2010. She spent almost 10 years as area manager of operations management auditing and compliance at QC Holdings Inc., where she worked from 1998 to 2007.
Ms. Alexander's academic background laid the foundation for her success. She earned a Bachelor of Science in organizational development and business from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois, in 1992. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and the Fort Worth Business Equity Advisory Board.

Additionally, she aspires to publish the three fiction books she has written so far, with plans to write more.
