Prior to law school, Ms. Mann worked in consumer packaged goods as a product manager. Ms. Mann has been involved in Lawson Lundell's management including serving as managing partner. She has been actively involved in not-for-profit board work including chairing boards and board committees. She has had numerous speaking engagements on topics relating to private equity/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and technology law issues, ethics in commercial law, as well as on matters of leadership. Her accolades include being inducted into the Hall of Fame by Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by Women's Executive Network (WXN) in 2018 after being recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by WXN in 2011, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
