Her expertise in Workday systems deepened during her tenure at OneSource Virtual as an HCM and recruiting Workday associate consultant. She then advanced to McAfee, LLC as a Workday HR systems analyst and to Collaborative Solutions, LLC, where she progressed from principal consultant to senior principal consultant and eventually consulting services manager for Workday CVS.
In her current role at Solution Architects Group, LLC, Mrs. Lien serves as the right hand to the managing partner and founder. Her responsibilities include leading sales calls, participating in client and business development meetings, performing billable work, managing client relationships, and providing configuration recommendations to enhance client systems. Her contributions have been instrumental in fostering an environment of equal opportunity within the company.
Mrs. Lien holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
