Dr. Salina, an esteemed expert in neuroscience-informed organizational development, has dedicated over 30 years to her profession. She currently serves as the chief executive officer and president of WorkingSmarts Inc., a role she has held since 2012. In this capacity, Dr. Salina shows leaders and their teams how to work, manage, lead and innovate smarter through simple and practical neuroscientific methods that sharply increase performance while preserving employee well-being. Following these accomplishments, Dr. Salina received a PhD in Organization Development at the University of Minnesota in 2002.
