As the leader of the company, he is responsible for overseeing various points of operation, including hiring, training, sales, project management and purchasing.
In just under five years, Mr. Steeves' new company has already eclipsed the sales of his previous company—an accomplishment he is immensely proud of. Together, he and his team have reached a level of impressive success that he aims to continue to maintain. Before pursuing an entrepreneurial career path, Mr. Steeves' career began with his service as an E-3 lance corporal and artilleryman in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm. Through his service, he developed the discipline and determination he credits as being pivotal to his professional achievements later on in his career.
Overall, Mr. Steeves attributes much of his success to living by the golden rule and maintaining a Marine Corps mentality to always accomplish his mission. He is an active member of the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from Eastern Illinois University, which he earned in 1991.
Beyond his professional life, Mr. Steeves is committed to civic engagement. He is a donor to Heather's Pantry and volunteers with the Parker Chamber of Commerce—activities that reflect his dedication to giving back to the community. Beyond his professional and civic engagements, he is a proud father of two daughters and enjoys golfing, skiing and hiking.
