Mr. Dhiman's career at Providence Health and Services began in 2016 when he joined the firm as the executive director of financial and supply chain enterprise applications. In 2019, he accepted a promotion to assistant vice president of financial and supply chain enterprise applications and assumed his current role in 2021. Throughout his productive tenure, Mr. Dhiman has overseen a team of 188 members distributed across centers in Hyderabad, India and the United States, and his broad responsibilities include defining and implementing the enterprise data applications strategy, collaborating with executive management and chief information officer to ensure the smooth operation of business applications.
Before joining Providence Health and Services, Mr. Dhiman held several key positions in prominent organizations. From 2009 to 2016, he worked as a manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on implementing Oracle ERP for global clients in the United States. Before that, he excelled as an Oracle applications supply chain management specialist master at Zensar Technologies Ltd. from 2007 to 2009 and as an Oracle applications supply chain management functional consultant at Oracle from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Dhiman also earned critical experience through roles as an ORAPPS SCM functional consultant at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. from 2004 to 2005 and as a deputy manager at Maruti Udyog Ltd. from 1999 to 2004.
Mr. Dhiman's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (now Delhi Technological University), which he completed in 1999. He also holds a certificate in leadership in artificial intelligence from the Indian School of Business. In addition to his academic accomplishments, he remains actively dedicated to civic service and is involved in charitable activities such as his company's annual day of service and volunteerism at Providence Mission Hospital.
Outside of his career, Mr. Dhiman is passionate about travel and has explored approximately 30 states and 40 national parks across the United States. He is dedicated to continuous learning and maintains currency with technological advancements through subscriptions to LinkedIn Learning and various university programs, including courses on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
