Likewise, he is certified in big data and cloud fundamentals, Azure Architecture, various infrastructure and information libraries, SCORTCH, Data Bricks, and MongoDB administration, among many other tools and platforms.
In his latest role as an Associate Director for digital transformation, cloud applications and generative AI with HCLTech, an Indian multinational information technology consulting firm, Mr. Tandon leads a large offshore engineering and development team in building effective workflows, automating processes, migrating data from legacy systems to modern platforms, and designing efficient solutions to data pipeline issues, among many other duties. Specializing in ServiceNow Development & Data Engineering, he works closely with his clients to understand their problems in the realm of both IT and business process management and strives to ensure optimal revenue growth and productivity gains through IT Business Transformation.
Previously, Mr. Tandon served as a global operations manager for Europe and Southeast Asia on behalf of Child Rights & You (CRY), an Indian non-governmental organization that works towards ensuring children's rights. His duties in this role involved migrating various systems, optimizing the number of channel partners within the organization's volunteer network, targeting different corporations to collaborate with and advance CRY's overall mission, and implementing secure online mechanisms for the international donor base, among other tasks to his credit.
Prior to his work at CRY, Mr. Tandon worked in quality assurance for IQ Resource from 2005 to 2006, during which time he handled a number of technical issues on behalf of customers and developed client server applications using .NET, Visual Basic and Oracle. He also served as a mentor for new recruits. Throughout the early stages of his career, Mr. Tandon availed himself as an escalation officer for EXL Services between 2004 and 2005, and a corporate trainer for STG-Lucknow from 2002 until 2004.
To remain aware of developments in the field, Mr. Tandon has maintained his affiliation with such organizations as the Information Technology Senior Management Forum and the Technology Business Management Council. Among his dearest accomplishments, he is proud of a solution he developed for his customers in the United States, which eventually resulted in substantial revenue growth for his company. Moreover, he was involved in the identification of an anomaly in the patient information management system for a network of hospitals, which could have compromised sensitive patient information if it had gone unnoticed.
