Prior to starting her career in divorce the divorce arena, Ms. Wanamaker spent almost 30 years as a dental hygienist, insurance coordinator and office manager for her family's private practice dental office. In 1991, she became a licensed Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent. Ms. Wanamaker has worked as a self-employed tax practitioner since then, embracing another avenue for helping people gain control of their finances.
Ms. Wanamaker's academic background laid the foundation for both of her career paths. She received an Associate of Science in dental hygiene from Farleigh Dickinson University in 1978, followed by a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from the same institution in 1979. Ms. Wanamaker returned to Farleigh Dickinson University in 2010 to earn a paralegal certificate. As an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, she has been licensed to prepare tax returns and represent clients in the United States Tax Court since 1991. Ms. Wanamaker has earned further certifications as a divorce coach, divorce specialist and title abstractor, as well as in divorce and family mediation. She also held the Series 6 Mutual Fund License as well as New Jersey and Florida Life and Health Insurance licenses from 1999 through 2006.
Well-regarded for her contributions to the field, Ms. Wanamaker has been honored with several accolades.
