Earlier in his career, Mr. Kusayev earned valuable experience in a series of distinct roles, including as a Title V peer mentor at Mercy College from 2012 to 2014 and the head of marketing at Oxford Realty Group from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Kusayev also managed the IKMPC Medical Office from 2007 to 2010 and served as an administrative assistant to the financial director at Yeshiva Tifereth Moshe from 2003 to 2007.
Mr. Kusayev's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in behavioral science and health service management from Mercy University and a Master of Business Administration in finance and international business from Washington State University Carson College of Business.
