Mr. Justice's earlier tenure at Facility Solutions Group included roles such as regional service manager from 2015 to 2016, director of organizational development from 2013 to 2015, senior corporate trainer from 2010 to 2013, and project manager and service coordinator from 2007 to 2010. Initially, he began a career in the family construction business and later became a communications shift manager, trainer, and police dispatcher for Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. In 2007, Mr. Justice relocated to Austin, Texas, transferring to the Central Texas Emergency Communication Center and, after a decade in emergency services, changed careers and accepted a position with Facility Solutions Group.
