He also developed his financial expertise at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where he advanced through several roles in the Finance Department since the start of his career at sea in 2016.
Before moving into the hospitality sector, Nedim Alicic built a distinguished career in quality and financial management. He began at Quality Cert Consulting Ltd., where he developed a strong foundation in quality management. His expertise expanded across various industries, including his roles as Financial Administrator and Quality Management System Associate at Neodent Ltd., where he gained experience and certifications in ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Prior to Neodent, he was a Financial Administrator and Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 at RENTEX-COM Ltd. and began his career as a Quality and Regulatory Affairs Associate at QualityCert Ltd.
Nedim Alicic holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tuzla. He is certified in ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV NORD Adriatic Group and has marine environmental awareness certification from Diverso Impex. In 2008, he was recognized as an "Exceptional Emerging Talent" in his canton for his community contributions.
Alongside his professional success, Nedim Alicic has spent over 15 years supporting abandoned children in orphanages, a commitment that has deeply inspired him.
