In addition to his role at FocalPoint, Mr. Creed has found remarkable success as a strategist, speaker, author and marketing professional. He has been a global keynote speaker and workshop leader since 2007, and a corporate trainer certified by Brian Tracy International since 2013. Mr. Creed also holds the franchise coach recruiting expert position for FocalPoint Coaching International, provides specialized coaching for musicians and performing artists, and has been the president of Mr. Lucky Marketing & Strategy in Phoenix since 2021.
Before establishing his coaching practice, Mr. Creed held various industry leadership roles. He was the corporate evangelist and national sales manager at Switchmaxx Products from 2006 to 2007. Previously, he served as Phonetics LLC's chief sales and business development officer between 2003 and 2006. Earlier in his career, Mr. Creed was the president of Global Compression Dynamics from 2002 to 2003, a sales manager for military health at Oracle between 2000 and 2002 and the senior vice president at Voice Products Group from 1991 to 1998.
Mr. Creed's educational background includes an Associate of Arts in marketing from Butler Community College in 1972. He also obtained numerous professional credentials that contributed to his success, including more than 14 Business coaching-related certifications. These include Certified Focalpoint Coaching & Training International Business Coach, Certified Focalpoint Coaching & Training International Master Coach, Certified Focalpoint International Executive Coach, Certified Brian Tracy Sales Trainer, and many others.
Mr. Creed is a member of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. He is also an accomplished author with several publications, including "A Life Best Lived: A Story of Life, Death, and Second Chances" in 2016 and international best seller "Champions Never Make Cold Calls" and "Straight Talk, Thriving in Business" in 2019.
