Robert also founded and began hosting "Designing In The Wild," a Boston-based podcast in 2021. Additionally, he founded Learn Industrial Design, an online on-demand industrial design-focused platform dedicated to continuing education for aspiring designers and design professionals.

Robert served as a senior industrial design engineer at Origyn LLC in Boston from 2022 to 2023, designing the Hoover HFX vacuum cleaner and other floor cleaning technologies for Hoover (UK). He is also actively involved in civic-minded organizations, serving as a volunteer juror for the IDSA Idea Competition in Dearborn, Michigan, volunteering at food events that support community initiatives, and supporting the Goodwill workforce energy program for youth.

Robert has achieved notable milestones throughout his career, including contributing as the sustainability consultant for the Five Points Revitalization Vision Planning, which was featured in the Denver Post in 2011, and securing U.S. patents for Item-Identifying Carts and the Wheeled Cart in 2021. His small-scale horizontal axis wind turbine was also recognized as Best Consumer Product of The Year at the Colorado Inventor Showcase by DaVinci Institute in 2008.
