Before his work with FanCompass, Mr. Pardi founded SeaBridge Inc., a sports consultancy firm where he served from 2004 to 2009. His earlier career included roles as an analyst in mutual funds and money markets at Montgomery Securities & Montgomery Asset Management from 1996 to 1999. While he was at Montgomery, he earned his Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Pardi's expertise in these areas has been instrumental in his success, earning him recognition as a leader in his industry.
Mr. Pardi's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in finance and financial management services from California State University, Chico in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurial management and finance from the University of San Francisco in 2000. He was a collegiate lacrosse player who served as the captain of his team and led them to the WCLA Final 4 championships in 1995. While at Chico, Mr. Pardi also served in numerous leadership roles in student government and his beloved fraternity, Beta Theta Pi.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Pardi has made significant contributions to his community. He founded several cost-effective youth lacrosse programs, which he supported for over five years. His involvement previously included serving as a founding member of the advisory board for the sport management master's program at the University of San Francisco from 2021 to 2023 and as a Board of Director for TOCA Football in Orange County, California, between 2014 and 2018. Mr. Pardi also serves as an advisor to several other sports technology start-ups.
Mr. Pardi's accolades include being named a Power Player by Sports Business Journal's Leaders Group in 2023 and receiving an Official Honoree in the Sports Category for the 13th Annual Webby Awards.
