Ms. Klor's career at Allstate Insurance Company began in 2014 when she joined as a manager of strategic initiatives. She quickly advanced through various roles, including senior manager of strategic initiatives from 2016 to 2018 and principal of enterprise engagements from 2018 to 2021. She then served as principal of strategic partnerships from 2020 to 2021 before becoming chief of staff for Allstate Health and Benefits for the following two years. She has successfully managed large budgets exceeding $250 million, including technology expenditures, and led high-performing organizations of over 1,000 individuals.
Before her tenure at Allstate, Ms. Klor worked at Molex in Chicago from 2011 to 2014 where she served as strategy lead of global shared services deployments and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She chaired the Global Ethics Committee and was an active member of the Molex Women's Business Council. Her early career also included a position as a real estate consultant at Simpson Property Group LLC from 2010 to 2011.
Ms. Klor's educational journey reflects a commitment to diverse learning experiences and continuous personal development. She earned a bachelor's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the American University in Washington, D.C., where she was enriched by the institution's international environment. Ms. Klor continues her executive education at Harvard Business School, specializing in finance.
