Mr. Parmar's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science with honors in construction technology and management from De Montfort University in Leicester, United Kingdom, which he completed in 1999. He also holds further educational achievements around digital transformation from Vlerick Business School in Belgium, earned in 2018. Complementing his academic achievements, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and is also a certified leader in the area of Managing Successful Programmes. His most recent educational achievements have been the study of 'driving entrepreneurial capability through harnessing innovation and agility', he completed this further educational endeavors at Cambridge's Judge Business School.
Outside of his career, Mr. Parmar enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends, supporting Harmonious Charities, watching sports and learning about different cultures. He attributes his overall success to his ability to think strategically and set direction for his teams, staying focused and having an ability to get things done by remaining agile and pivoting if the situation requires.
