Hailing from nearly 15 years of expertise in the field of software development, Ms. Bhargava has distinguished herself through her work as a senior engineer at SAP Concur, an American "software as a service" company that provides travel and expense management services to various clients. Leveraging a wide range of experience in several technologies, databases, operating systems and development tools, she has contributed to a number of programs at Concur since 2015. Additionally, she is responsible for designing code for all integration projects, mentoring other employees, and interviewing prospective candidates. Notably, Ms. Bhargava also had the opportunity to represent Concur as a speaker on cloud elements integration at SAP DCom in 2017.
Initially joining Concur in 2015, Ms. Bhargava previously worked as a software development engineer at Pegasystems in 2014, where she developed, tested and deployed various modules and implemented the Validation Engine product, which is utilized to test code and perform integration testing between different teams. She also trained on PRPC: System Architect Essentials I and II during this time. Prior to this role, Ms. Bhargava was retained by IBM as a software developer between 2010 and 2014. In this capacity, she received several accolades, including the "Best of IBM Award" for her contributions to the ATT project in 2011, the "Orion Award" for her excellence as an employee in 2012, and the "Manager's Choice Award" in honor of her stupendous work ethic in 2014.
Outside of her work in software development, Ms. Bhargava has also found success as a professional stage dancer and stand-up comedian. Having first performed at an open mic night in May of 2024, where 20 comedians participated, she notably received a standing ovation. Additionally, she regularly features as a runway model for the New York Fashion Week, and has modeled for a jewelry designer. Looking toward the future, Ms. Bhargava hopes to continue performing at more shows and bring joy to her audience through laughter.
After receiving a Bachelor of Computer Applications in college, Ms. Bhargava went on to attend Banasthali University, from which she received a Master of Computer Applications in the same subject in 2010. Notably, she received a scholarship in honor of her academic excellence during her high-school studies, and later organized the Banasthali University Tech Fest in 2008 and 2009. Eminently qualified in her field, Ms. Bhargava has also been designated as a Certified System Architect by Pegasystems Inc., an Oracle Certified Associate in SQL and an Oracle Certified Java Professional.
In accounting for her success, Ms. Bhargava credits her consistency, discipline and the love and support of her family, who helped her grow into the person she has become and encouraged her passions outside of work. In the years to come, she aims to continue excelling in her profession, start her own company, and eventually deliver a TEDx talk. Likewise, she is determined to perform in more comedy shows.
