Before joining Arcad Software, Mr. Codinach was affiliated with Mutual Insurance for Motorcyclists for over 15 years. Hired in 1997, he served as the IT project manager. Continually progressing, he achieved the title of IT Research Manager of AS/400 between 2001 and 2005, then project management assistance manager from 2006 to 2007, organization, projects and project management manager between 2007 and 2012, and finally as the director of operations at Assurance Mutuelle des Motards from 2012 to 2014.
Mr. Codinach began his career as an architect and software engineer at Inforsud from 1989 to 1997. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in implementing solutions and supervising all aspects of software implementation. His ability to lead, build and manage people has been a cornerstone of his professional success.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Codinach received a degree in services information technology and management from Lycée General et Technologique Ozenne in Toulouse, France, in 1987.
