Mr. Hodges's career journey began at Bank of America, where he served as a senior vice president and senior client manager for global commercial banking from 2001 to 2014. His tenure at Bank of America, a period of significant growth and learning, laid the foundation for his expertise in health care banking and client management. Subsequently, Mr. Hodges transitioned to the Bank of Texas as a senior vice president and manager of health care banking, where he continued to hone his skills until 2017. Recruited by Texas Capital Bank as a senior vice president, he continued to excel, further solidifying his reputation in the industry.
Highly educated, Mr. Hodges received a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from West Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from The M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hodges has been an active member of various organizations. He remains affiliated with the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and Lambda Phi Eta Honor Society, has been serving on the executive board of the Woodrow Wilson Foundation since 2011, sponsors the school district theater system and volunteers with Do More Charity. These commitments reflect Mr. Hodges's dedication to giving back to the community and supporting various causes.
