Dr. Warfield's journey to success began at Swarthmore College, where she initially pursued a Bachelor of Arts with the intent to find a husband, as was the custom at the time. However, her dedication to her career led her to a different path. After being introduced to the book "The Harrad Experiment," her life took a new direction. She worked as a research assistant with Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby and Cumberland Advisors, and later pursued a JD at Rutgers University. In the 1980s, she embarked on a successful legal career as an associate attorney with Cooper Perskie April Niedelman and Wagenheim.
For 22 years, Dr. Warfield fostered a successful legal career, gaining valuable legal and title examination expertise with New Jersey Realty Title Insurance Company, the Law Office of Janet Smith Warfield, Chelsea Title and Guaranty Co., and Conscious Evolution Coaching. Similarly, she completed Ph.D. level coursework at Wisdom University (now Ubiquity University).
Dr. Warfield's professional and personal experiences have shaped her into the accomplished consciousness educator she is today.
