Mr. Fanatico's academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional success. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from the University of Dayton in 1988 before serving as a captain in the United States Army from 1988 to 1993. During his military service, Scott furthered his expertise with advanced coursework in finance, payroll, and accounting at Fort Benjamin Ha1Tis in 1992. His certifications include Series 65, Series 24, Series 63 and Series 7 licenses in finance.
