Before joining QuVa Pharma Inc., Mr. Harris held several critical positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions for over 17 years. From 2022 to 2023, he was the consumer health division's global commercial operations vice president. In this capacity, he had the opportunity to work with an individual he had previously hired at Catalent, who had since risen to the position of division president. This experience reinforced Mr. Harris's confidence in identifying and empowering talent. Between 2021 and 2022, he served as the vice president of global supply chain excellence, focusing on optimizing supply chain processes across the organization.
Among other roles, Mr. Harris was the vice president of the global supply chain for cell and gene therapy at Catalent Pharma Solutions from 2020 to 2021. He was also the vice president of global operations process and technology transformation between 2016 and 2020, where he led significant technological advancements within the company. Earlier, Mr. Harris served as the global supply chain vice president, overseeing all aspects of supply chain management from 2010 to 2016 and as the global director of strategic procurement, beginning in 2007.
Mr. Harris's pharmaceutical experience also included a significant tenure at Cardinal Health in various capacities. Hired in 1977, he earned increasing roles, including materials manager, materials project manager of the custom sterile division, director of materials for custom sterile products, vice president of sales operations, and vice president of supply chain. Mr. Harris also succeeded early on at Baxter Healthcare as a planning manager from 1977 to 1990.
Mr. Harris graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in international business in 1998. He is also a Six Sigma black belt trainer certified by Cardinal Health and holds a production and inventory management certification through the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Harris is actively involved with civic-minded organizations, such as Feeding Tampa Bay and Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
