Mr. Croushore is a seasoned attorney who has dedicated over three decades to the legal profession. As the founder of the Law Office of Paul Croushore in Cincinnati since 1991, he focuses on civil, criminal, and administrative cases and appeals. Renowned for his work, he meticulously prepares for his cases, devises strategies and ensures he is well-versed in all aspects of the law. Mr. Croushore's authoritative citations and comprehensive understanding of legal precedents have earned him recognition and respect within the legal community.

In addition to managing his practice, Mr. Croushore has been an adjunct faculty in the accounting department at Northern Kentucky University since 2006. His role as an educator allows him to share his extensive knowledge and experience with aspiring legal professionals.

Mr. Croushore represents clients in the state courts of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and many federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, and U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and in other courts by permission. His practice encompasses civil appeals in breach of contract, employment, personal injury, consumer sales practices and civil rights cases. Additionally, he represents criminal defendants on direct appeal and post-conviction matters.

Among other noteworthy roles, Mr. Croushore was a creditors' rights attorney at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Company LPA from 2002 to 2004, where he managed debt collection litigation for major banks and insurance subrogation litigation for Safeco and Progressive Insurance Co. He also trained new attorneys in trial procedures and techniques.

Mr. Croushore began his career as a law clerk for Paul D. Cassidy Esq., an accomplished criminal lawyer in Ohio, at Cassidy & Meeks in Columbus from 1990 to 1991. He was also a third-year law student and worked for three other professors during this time. Under Mr. Cassidy's mentorship, Mr. Croushore learned to handle cases effectively.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Croushore received a Bachelor of Business Administration with completed majors in economics, finance, business pre-law, management, and general business from Ohio University in 1974, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Capital University Law School in 1991 and a Master of Laws in Business and Taxation from Capital University Law & Graduate Center in 1993. He has been admitted to practice by the Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio Bar Associations, the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Courts in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Croushore served his country as a paratrooper with the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division from 1980 to 1984. During this time, he was a division air operations sergeant and part of the general staff in the division air operations section. His responsibilities included coordinating airplanes, parachutes and drop zones to train and deploy all division assets in airborne operations. He has been recognized for his military service with an Army Commendation Medal with an Oak Leaf Cluster, two Army Achievement Medals, and a Parachute Badge.

Mr. Croushore maintains several professional affiliations, including memberships with the Ohio Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association. His civic involvement includes membership with the American Legion and the Order of the Curia Scholastic Honorary Society. He is also a volunteer mediator for Hamilton County and Cincinnati Court of Common Pleas and a director of Hebron Civil Defense.

As an author, Mr. Croushore has contributed to legal literature in various professional publications, including LexisNexis' flagship publication, Moore's Federal Practice, where he is the Author of chapters covering complex appeals, practice before the U.S. Circuit Court for the Federal Circuit, and civil rules 17-22 (interpleader and joinder).

Looking forward to the future, Mr. Croushore intends to continue practicing. He plans to take the Ohio State Bar Association's examination to become a certified appellate specialist.
