Over the years, Mr. Lynch honed his management consulting skills through executive roles with The Warner Brothers Studio Store, where he supervised financial, legal, human resources, and real estate matters, and Babystyle, a venture capital-based retail, catalog, and internet maternity and baby apparel and accessories company.
During the early stages of his career, Mr. Lynch gained valuable retail experience with Guess Kids, Stor Furnishings International, Emporium Capwell, and Joske's Department Store, where he maintained responsibility for the inventory shortage control program and the internal and external loss prevention programs. Before establishing himself professionally, Mr. Lynch earned a Bachelor of Science in behavioral sciences and criminology from York College of Pennsylvania, which gave him the Donald Suerth Award in 1973.
In light of his outstanding achievements, Mr. Lynch has also received the Mother Gamelin Award for Leadership through Providence St. Joseph Hospital. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to his mentors, Ed Romano and Richard Clayton, a chief executive officer who saw his potential and believed in him.
