Among other leading positions, Mr. Salas was the director of IT at Air Force Village West from 2013 to 2016, where he was responsible for restructuring its IT operations and strengthening its fragile infrastructure. Recruited from Premier Service Management Corporation, he excelled as an information technology manager and senior consultant between 2009 and 2012. Mr. Salas was also the director of IT at Reliable Management Solutions Inc. from 2003 to 2009.
Mr. Salas's earlier career began with roles such as IT manager at Americom Wireless Services, a Flextronics Company in Carson, California, a consultant for Brightpoint in Indianapolis and a database administrator at Co-Op Network, dating back to 1995. His extensive experience has made him an expert in optimizing IT systems and staff.
Mr. Salas received a Bachelor of Science in management information systems from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California, in 1995. He is currently pursuing a master's degree to help advance his career.
