Additionally, in 1994, he led a team to safely remove and replace a highly radioactive piece of equipment in one of the tank farm facilities at the Savannah River Site, ensuring no environmental releases or personnel injuries. Mr. Harp's educational background includes a certificate in industrial drafting from Aiken Technical College.
