He also served as an adjunct faculty member at the John Sperling School of Management at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2016. His early career includes roles such as a senior consultant at SAIC Inc. and as logistics management and human systems consultant at L-3 Communications.

He has also obtained several certifications that have bolstered his professional abilities, including a certificate in digital strategies for business from Emeritus, a certificate in leading awareness-based systems change from MITx Courses and a Human Systems Integration certification from the Naval Postgraduate School. Beyond his education, he attributes his accomplishments to his perseverance and taking up responsibilities that others may shy away from.
Throughout his career, Mr. Baverso has been actively involved in various industry-related organizations, such as the American Society for Quality and the International Federation of Training Organizations.
