Mr. Fuller's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with concentration in health care from Mississippi College. He previously served as a board member for the Chamber of Gadsden/Etowah County in 2017. He also served on the executive committee of the Economic Development Council of Okaloosa County, Florida from 2012 to 2015 and was president of the Rotary Club of Baker, Louisiana, from 1997 to 1998.
