As a recognized expert in her field, Ms. Elizabeth's expertise in life coaching, energy medicine, and spiritual mediumship has earned her extensive recognition in the United States and abroad.
Ms. Elizabeth's career began in the service industry, managing small companies and working for IBM. In 1994, she left her job to run her family's agriculture-related business in upstate New York. Despite several setbacks and raising an active family, she continued researching and developing the company she has today.
Highly qualified in her field, Ms. Elizabeth is the creator of the groundbreaking guide, The Five Facets Philosophy on Healing; received several professional credentials, including CC and CL Toastmasters International certifications, Integrated Energy Therapy® Master-Instructor and Reiki Master-Teacher certifications in 2016, and received accreditation in evidential mediumship and intuitive Tarot. Additionally, she attained Raven Keyes' Medical Reiki certification, a certificate of ordination, and is currently training under Mary Morrissey of the Brave Thinking Institute. Earlier in her career, she completed mathematics and computer science coursework at Clemson University between 1982 and 1984.
Ms. Elizabeth is an active member of My Peak Challenge, a former guest lecturer for a NY hospital's nursing program and was a long-standing member of Farm Bureau. She has also positively impacted the community by volunteering in a cancer center, at health and wellness events, at food banks in both the U.S. and Scotland, and assisting disadvantaged individuals and those with trauma-based conflict and grief.
A regarded and sought after speaker, she has appeared on national live events across the country, in numerous podcasts, and has worked on spiritualist platforms in Scotland. She delivered her TEDx speech, "The Power of 'What if?'" in 2014, and presented her groundbreaking program, The Five Facets Philosophy on Healing at NASW-NC Social Worker's conferences in 2015 and 2020. Her speech, "Turning Tragedy into Triumph with The Five Facets®", won a 2011 Toastmasters International speech contest.
As an author, Ms. Elizabeth's articles have been featured in publications such as Get Griefy Magazine, Tiny Buddha, Thrive Global, Open to Hope, The Five Facets, and more. In 2024, she released the tenth anniversary of her memoir, Digging for the Light: One Woman's Journey from Heartache to Hope. She is actively working on three additional books that will continue to inspire hope and healing for individuals, communities, and companies who are seeking to turn struggle into success and heartache into healing.
Looking toward future philanthropy, she aims to establish a foundation that provides valuable services to empower and enlighten those in need. She has already initiated a BETA coaching program and plans to expand her message and help more people in need by certifying more coaches to use this body of work. Additionally, with her recent growth, she is expanding her team to further support her research, networking and overall outreach efforts.
