Mr. Williams's journey in the health care industry began while coming of age. Growing up in Hannibal, Missouri, he spent time with his grandparents at their group homes, fostering a deep connection with the residents. As a teenager, Mr. Williams worked in the family business under his mother's mentorship. Over the years, he managed three long-term care facilities, guiding them to substantial regulatory compliance.
In addition to his role at HRW Companies, Mr. Williams's passion for construction and remodeling has led him to renovate over 30 properties, including three long-term care facilities. Among them, he spearheaded a facility expansion project that added 11,000 square feet and over 50 beds through the Certificate of Need Program and Licensure Committee.
Mr. Williams received an associate degree in psychology from Moberly Area Community College. His dedication to education and positive mindset have been instrumental in his professional growth.
Throughout his career, Mr. Williams has received numerous accolades, including being named one of the 30 Under 30 in 2012. He attributes his success to his unwavering faith in God and the lessons learned from past failures.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Williams is active in the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. He is also a board member and former vice president of the Missouri Assisted Living Association.
