He also served as associate director of nursing for critical care and dialysis services at the same institution from 2021 to 2022. His leadership skills were further honed during his tenure as director of nursing for critical care services at St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey, from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Mr. Villaverde has held positions as a rapid response RN coordinator at Saint Barnabas Medical Center from 2015 to 2017 and as a registered nurse in various intensive care units across New Jersey and New York from 2013 to 2015.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Villaverde was born in the Philippines and is married with two children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and traveling together.
