To wit, he serves as the chief technology officer of True Methane Technologies, a well decommission firm. Likewise, he is the president of One Tonne Capital, a venture capital and carbon reduction advisory company, the director of operations at DynaVert Holdings, a holding company specializing in carbon reduction and removal projects. He is also the vice president of well-plugging initiatives at CSR Services LLC.
Prior to his pivot toward leadership in his field, Mr. Arthur initially gained valuable experience by successfully managing a hauling company during summer seasons and a handyman business in college. Despite his family's farming background, he chose the path of entrepreneurship, recognizing the dedication and hard work required to run a business. From 1979 until the founding of ALL Consulting in 1999, he worked as a well services engineer at Halliburton, a field engineer at Cuesta Energy, an engineer and enforcement officer for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and a project manager at CH2M HILL.
Well-qualified in his various disciplines, Mr. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology, as well as several certifications and designations as a registered professional petroleum engineer, a fellow of the Geological Society and a qualified measurement specialist. He has been registered as a professional engineer in 35 states, and has completed projects in more than 30 countries throughout the world. Recognized for his extensive experience and inexhaustible knowledge of his profession, he has published or contributed to hundreds of articles on environmental geoscience, oil and gas, environmental issues, best practices in the industry and other subjects. He is also a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the National Association of Forensic Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Petroleum Historical Institute, among many others.
