In relation to his commitment to charity, Mr. Liu has made significant contributions to developing countries. He notably raised $1 billion for Guyana to build an airport. He was also critical in advancing artificial intelligence technology in China. Moreover, Mr. Liu's efforts in introducing AT&T's telecommunications helped establish China's mobile phone system, contributing to the flourishing of the country's telecom industry and public telecom system service.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Liu has been actively involved in civic initiatives as a volunteer with Ask Congress TV Station founded by congressman Lester Wolff. He has been recognized for his contributions with a Lifetime Volunteer Award by White House, recognizing his efforts on a global scale.
Mr. Liu holds a bachelor's degree from Xiamen University. Subsequently, he received a Master of Business Administration from Webber International University and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in economics and finance from Columbia University.

He created Top Harmony has been awarded to many heads of states and celebrities who contributed to Peace, Harmony and Sustainable Development in Harmony with Nature.
Together with Congressman Lester Wolff, he supported an action to protect Long Island's eco-system and get the bill passed by both congress and senate houses. The White House renamed it the Lester Wolff Oyster Bay National Wildlife Refuge in Oyster Bay, NY.
Mr. Liu's professional efforts have resulted in a Peace Award from the congressional World Peace Prize Awarding Council (WPPAC). He credits his accomplishments to a long-standing aspiration to significantly impact society.
