Before establishing Echelon Search Partners, Ms. Griffith found success as a consultant as the Head of Executive Recruiting at Health IQ, Inc., a digital health startup from 2021 to 2022. Her prior tenure at Blue Shield of California as an employee also spanned several roles between 2015 and 2021, where she ultimately led a team of Recruiters and support staff to fill over 520 professional and executive roles year over year and help launch a startup company, Altais.
Ms. Griffith's earlier career saw her serving in a consulting capacity for approximately 7 years with the goal of attaining and then applying a broad variety of learned best practices to her daily work. She held roles such as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. from 2014 to 2015 and Senior Technical Recruiter and Project Lead at Dignity Health between 2012 and 2014. She also held a role as Senior Recruiter for Information Technology at Sutter Health from 2011 to 2012. Earlier yet, Ms. Griffith held the role of Senior Recruiter for nursing and pharmacy including leadership roles at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan from 2005 to 2010, supporting 3 hospitals. Prior to this she spent 4 years with Electronic Data Systems, later purchased by Hewlett Packard, supporting clients such as Nike and the Navy and Marine Corps. in a Technical Recruiter capacity.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Griffith is actively involved in civic organizations. She has volunteered with World Vision Inc. since 2016. Previously, she was a Volunteer Fundraiser for Agua Via from 2013 to 2019 and volunteered with Courage Worldwide between 2015 and 2018. Ms. Griffith also served as a People Greeter at Bridgeway Christian Church from 2018 to 2022 and was a Correspondence Partner with Shriners Hospitals for Children between 2020 and 2021.
