Leveraging a deep level of expertise in negotiation and maintaining fruitful relationships with both contractors and clients, Mr. Choudhry has led the company in its efforts since 2018 – under his oversight, Riz Communities has built approximately 300 homes annually, with future goals of expanding operations well beyond that number. In addition to his work at Riz Communities, Mr. Choudhry has served as the owner and primary broker at Prestige Brokers Group LLC since 2012, for which he has sustained operations valued at over $30 million in annual sales. Previously, he worked as a consultant at both the Epoch Financial Group and the BuySide Group Inc., having worked as a senior managing director of Global Investments LLC, beginning in 2009. During his time at the company, Mr. Choudhry notably managed a lucrative array of properties, including hotels, resorts, industrial developments, and more.
Among his present endeavors, Mr. Choudhry hopes to work aggressively on behalf of his clients to create more inventory in the real estate market, with the short-term goal of building 1,000 to 1,500 homes per year. Looking ahead further, he aspires to master the development sector, expand across other markets throughout the United States and focus not only on single-family homes, but also commercial buildings.
Mr. Choudhry attributes much of his success to the influence of his father, who encouraged him to become involved in the real estate industry. Despite not pursuing a college education, he continued to enjoy the support of his father, who encouraged him to follow and achieve his dreams, no matter where they took him. He is also grateful for his wife, Sueray, and his children, Rizvan and Rehan, whose love and loyalty continually urge him to excel in his profession.
