Audree Tara Sahota's career in holistic wellness began in 1994 as a graduate of The Chicago School of Massage Therapy and then in 2001 as a graduate of The Barbara Brennan Collage of Healing. From 2008 to 2012, she expanded her practice, serving on a medical team, as an energy healer at HealingSpace LLC. In that same year, she founded Evolutionary Energetics, advanced energetic modality to rapidly heal the physical body and shift consciousness. Additionally, from 2014 to 2016, she offered personalized support and guidance as an executive personal assistant, executive coach, energetic healer for private clients including as a care provider at the Alternative to Meds Center in Sedona, Arizona, in 2016.
In 2017, Audree Tara Sahota transitioned into leadership training and organization change management, joining Agilitrix Inc., where she served as both an executive coach and trainer. During this time she co-developed the SHIFT3.14 Evolutionary Leadership Framework, an integrative approach to high performance. In 2020, she co-founded and took on the role of chief metaphysics officer at SHIFT314, where she continues to evolve leadership and organizations with new ways of working that create high performance while supporting people centric workplaces.
In addition to her professional experience, Audree Tara Sahota pursued higher education to augment her expertise. She earned a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science in spiritual counseling and theocentric psychology from the University of Metaphysics in 2013. She continues to pursue a PhD in Metaphysical Science with a focus on Theocentric Psychology in 2019.
Audree Tara Sahota's devotion to the field of human evolution and is evident in her numerous certifications. She completed the Certified Agile Leadership program from Scrum Alliance and became Scrum Master Certified from Scrum Alliance in 2017. She also completed coursework in Human Consciousness from Oneness University/O&O Academy in India between 2013 and 2023.
