Ms. Bray's career began at Orbis Education in 2017, where she served as an admissions advisor and recruiter. During her tenure, she traveled nationwide to recruit for nursing programs offered by universities. In 2019, she transitioned to Vaco as a recruiter in staffing.
In 2021, Ms. Bray joined Simply Driven Executive Search as a Senior Practice Lead for HR and Administration. Her leadership and strategic vision quickly became apparent, leading to her promotion to Managing Partner in 2023. Throughout her tenure there, she has been instrumental in filling high-level roles at multibillion-dollar companies. Beyond this, she finds it very rewarding to observe the growth and enthusiasm of her staff, who are genuinely passionate about their work.
Ms. Bray's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Huntington University, which she earned in 2015. She attributes much of her success to her mentors, Kent Burns & Garrett Butcher, who have guided her throughout her career. Most importantly, they have allowed her to be true to herself, utilizing her personality and skills to excel in her job while maintaining her personal voice.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Bray is an active member of the Indianapolis Women's Leadership Organization. She has also been recognized for her contributions to the field of recruitment, being named one of the top recruiters by Sanford Rose Associates in 2023 and ranking #22 among 3,500 recruiters that same year. Furthermore, she has shared her expertise as a panel member and speaker on building motivation within the Sanford Rose Associates Network.
Outside of her career, Ms. Bray enjoys training her dogs, hiking, kayaking and being in nature. She also values spending time around people. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue thriving in her current role while mentoring individuals who are passionate about their work. She envisions herself as the Owner & Vice President of a Recruitment firm in the upcoming years and aims to assist multibillion-dollar organizations.
