Born in Chicago, Dr. Waters obtained a bachelor's degree from Loyola University in Chicago in 1974 and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1978. In addition to his education, he credits his achievements to his parents, whose immense practical wisdom helped shape him into the man and doctor he is today.
Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Walters is actively involved in several civic-minded organizations. He is a supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project, Shriners and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, causes that reflect his commitment to giving back to the community and supporting those in need.
In his free time, Dr. Walters enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and being outdoors, especially fishing.
