Between 2017 and 2021, Mr. Jones worked as a systems engineer and schedule coordinator at M.C. Dean Inc., where he honed his skills in construction and scheduling. Earlier in his career, he was a systems engineer at the University of Maryland from 2016 to 2017, a field engineer at Whiting-Turner between 2015 and 2016, and a microbiology researcher at the U.S. Department of Agriculture from 2012 to 2013.
