Mrs. Nero is a distinguished professional in the mortgage compliance industry. She joined Carrington Mortgage Services in September 2023 and has already made significant contributions. With over 20 years of experience in her field, Mrs. Nero has developed a profound expertise in mortgage compliance and residential mortgages. Her role involves researching and advising on state and federal mortgage regulations, ensuring that the loan origination system functions correctly.
Mrs. Nero joined Homespire in 2021 and 18 months later was promoted to regulatory compliance manager. Prior to these roles, she dedicated 15 years to SIRVA Mortgage as a compliance specialist from 2006 to 2021. She oversaw the necessary changes to initial and final disclosures for residential mortgage lending which involved not only updating documents, but also systems, writing new policies and helping the business lines adopt procedural changes.
Mrs. Nero credits her success in the industry to a strong drive to achieve and an insatiable thirst for knowledge.
