While his formal education provided a solid foundation, he credits much of his success to the exceptional support of his team and the invaluable guidance of his father, who has 25 years of business management experience. One of Mr. Wagner's most significant accomplishments is the substantial growth of his business. When he took the helm at Wagner Lumber & Supply, the company was generating $1.2 million in revenue. Through strategic planning to expand their reach, he successfully doubled the company's revenue despite rising costs. Mr. Wagner attributes this achievement to his team's ability to maintain sales volumes and customer satisfaction despite struggling with supply difficulties.
In addition to his professional success, Mr. Wagner is highly engaged in his community. In 2019, he started a scholarship program that donates money yearly to successful graduating high school students in his hometown.
