Well-regarded for her efforts, Ms. Morales was nominated twice by the Inland Regional Center for the Kennedy Award for Best Care Providers.

CORONA, CA, October 17, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Olga L. Morales is a distinguished biographee of Marquis Who's Who. She was recently spotlighted in New York City's Times Square on a 22-story screen that is passed by an estimated 1.5 million people daily. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are chosen from among a pool of the most prominent professionals and are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Specializing in administrative and support services, Ms. Morales has distinguished herself across the span of more than two decades in the field of residential care. Beginning as an administrator at Noah's Ark and Rainbow Group Home in 2000, she went on to assume multiple roles of ownership at several facilities, including the Noah's Adult Home, the Geneva's Home, Calla Lily Care Services and Sunflower ARF Inc. Beginning her workday early each morning, Ms. Morales handles all administrative functions at her businesses, writing reports, supervising staff and providing mentorship when necessary.

In addition to her admin work, Ms. Morales advocates for her clients and actively seeks out venues to assist them in achieving the best life possible. Having worked with over 60 patients, she encourages them to find jobs and attain success while also providing support for their overall well-being. Her passion for encouraging others is evident in the way she serves not only her clients but also her staff and church community.

Ms. Morales is also the CEO/Founder of VIBRANT FC (Victory in Belonging, Resilience and Natural Transition Foster Children's), a non-profit corporation, which is currently working on obtaining tax exempt approval. VIBRANT FC's mission is to empower foster children by providing essential support, personalized coaching, financial education and durable luggage, ensuring every child has a stable foundation and the opportunity to dream big as they transition from the foster care system into a more successful adulthood, fostering resilience and a bright future for all children in the foster care system. VIBRANT FC's vision is to create a world where every child in foster care feels supported, valued, and equipped to achieve their full potential.

Originally hailing from Cuba, Ms. Morales initially studied Russian language and literature at Odesa I. I. Mechnykov National University, from which she earned a bachelor's degree in 1990. Following this accomplishment, she pivoted to physics and mathematics at the same institution, graduating with a master's degree in 1992. After relocating to Canada and then the United States, she found herself searching for job opportunities in California, where the pastor of a local church commended her for her strong sense of empathy and compassion. Believing she would make for a better advocate than a mathematician, she embarked on her career as a residential care facility manager, where she worked directly with 12 developmentally disabled clients.

Through her experience with these patients, Ms. Morales learned the value of resilience and drew inspiration from their ability to manage their affairs and thrive, despite their disabilities. After taking classes on marriage and family therapy, she advanced into the upper echelons of her profession and became an administrator, through which she encouraged her staff and clients to see that they were capable of much more than waiting for someone to help them. From these humble beginnings, she launched her career in leadership, learning how to help her staff be their best selves so that the clients could have the best life possible. Well-regarded for her efforts, Ms. Morales was nominated twice by the Inland Regional Center for the Kennedy Award for Best Care Providers in 1999 and 2003.

In a career filled with highlights, Ms. Morales is most proud to have cultivated her critical thinking skills, which has allowed her to approach problem-solving with ease and make herself an invaluable asset in finding effective solutions. Likewise, she is gratified to have built longstanding relationships with numerous staff members, some of whom have stood by her side since 2001. In accounting for her success, she largely credits her diligence and persistence, as well as the significant support she draws from her team. As a result, she is able to focus on seeking new avenues to assist and offer additional services, without worrying about the daily operations of her facilities.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Morales hopes to continue writing her autobiography, and to serve as an effective mother for her children, all of whom she adopted. Likewise, she intends to expand operations at her facilities and help more clients, opening a day program that can help more than 70 patients and work with adults up to 55 years old. Furthermore, Ms. Morales aspires to establish a nonprofit organization that can lend aid to children in foster care – especially those who are developmentally delayed.
