Subsequently, Mr. Gordillo excelled as a managing director at Perseco (now Havi Global Services) from 1996 to 2001. During this period, he managed all business operations with The Coca-Cola Company across the Americas and spent two years in Brazil.
In 2001, Mr. Gordillo headed operations as the president and chief executive officer and president at Espace Diseño in Mexico. Under his leadership until 2008, he transformed the struggling manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of furniture, appliances, accessories, and solid surface fabricating company into a thriving enterprise with approximately $25 billion in revenues. This accomplishment is one of his proudest achievements, showcasing his ability to navigate challenging situations and drive substantial growth. Following his tenure at Espace Diseño, Mr. Gordillo co-founded TrueBlue Consulting LLC in San Diego in 2008. The firm operated from 2008 to 2011 before he moved on to Think! Inc., where he has assisted clients in strategizing and closing deals worth more than $20B during his tenure.
Born in Mexico, Mr. Gordillo initially studied locally, earning a Bachelor of Science in chemical metallurgical engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 1987. He later received a Master of Business Administration in marketing and strategy in the U.S. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1995. Mr. Gordillo is multilingual and speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese fluently.
