Mr. Reidy's career began at Oscar Mayer, where he served throughout the United States in district manager positions from 1981 to 1988. He then joined PepsiCo in 1988, where he held the position of sales and distribution director for Pepsi International until 1996. During his tenure there, he played a pivotal role in organizing labor and the company's supply chain, particularly in Russia and other countries in the former Soviet Union. Mr. Reidy's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in political science from Santa Clara University. He also completed general studies at St. Ignatius College Preparatory. Further enhancing his qualifications, he holds a certification as a California property casualty insurance broker from the California Department of Insurance, obtained in 2009.
Throughout his career, Mr. Reidy has attributed his success to his proactive drive and adaptability, having relocated over 20 times for professional opportunities. Outside of his career, Mr. Reidy enjoys swimming and fitness activities and was a recent board officer of the Olympic Club of San Francisco. He has also participated in civic activities as the board chair for the Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center for 17 years. Currently he is also a Red Cross certified lifeguard and works in his community YMCA in safeguarding its swimmers and facility participants at its pool and gyms.
