Mr. Balderas's earlier roles included industrial sales specialist for Southern Wisconsin at U.S. Lubricants from 2018 to 2019, regional sales manager for the Midwest and Ontario at Remet in Utica, New York, between 2017 and 2018, territory sales manager for the Great Lakes division at Allegis Corporation from 2014 to 2016 and account specialist at Signicast in Hartford between 2011 and 2014.
Born in Milwaukee, Mr. Balderas studied locally, earning an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Waukesha County Technical College in Wisconsin in 2011 and immediately pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Carroll University in Waukesha in 2015. He also attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, in 2019 for Theology & Biblical Education.
Mr. Balderas attributes much of his success to his wife, who has supported him for over 20 years as a stay-at-home mother to their three sons. Her steadfast encouragement has provided him with the freedom and stability needed to focus on advancing his career. This support has fueled his determination to pursue professional development and achieve his goals.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Balderas is actively involved in several industry-related organizations, including The Investment Company Institute (ICI), the American Foundry Society (AFS) and the American Welding Society (AWS). His commitment to civic engagement includes serving as a head coach and referee for Upward Sports Inc. since 2010. His previous involvement included serving as a den leader for Boy Scouts of America from 2009 to 2014 and as a volunteer pastor and group leader for Elmbrook Church Middle School Ministry from 2017 to 2020. And today continues to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those he comes into contact with.
