Prior to his current role, Mr. Srinivasan held a long tenure at Tata Consultancy Services. From 2020 to 2023, he was the global head of human resources compliance after serving as the head of human resources for North America for the preceding eight years, overseeing talent management and organizational development in the region. He also contributed to the firm as the global head of talent development from 2007 to 2012 and as the human resources director for Asia Pacific from 2003 to 2006.
Mr. Srinivasan filled numerous other roles at Tata Consultancy Services from 1991 to 2003, including global relationship manager, senior business relationship manager, deputy head of the Y2K factory, regional manager, program manager, account manager and project manager. Before joining Tata Consultancy Services, he was a senior software development engineer at ORG Systems from 1986 to 1991.
Mr. Srinivasan's academic background includes a Master of Science in chemistry and a Master of Technology in computer science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, both earned in India in 1985 before he immigrated to the United States. In addition to his formal education, he attributes his success to discipline, hard work and strong analytical skills.
In recognition of his contributions, Mr. Srinivasan was recognized as HR Person of the Year by The American Business Awards in 2014. Overall, he is most proud of scaling up the recruitment process at his company and overcoming various challenges associated with it. Additionally, he takes pride in his early career work on a large and complex migration project where he and his team successfully implemented an assembly-line approach to software migration.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Srinivasan is actively involved in community activities and supports initiatives like Ignite My Future. He also enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf in his personal life. Looking ahead, he aims to help Clarium grow significantly and mentor startups to help them scale up.
